Payment:

• All payments must be made through the authorized payment gateways on the website. 
• Payment details provided by the user must be accurate and belong to the user.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellation policies vary based on the fare type. Specific terms will be provided during the booking process. 
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy and may take up to 14 working days. 
• Mithila Yatra reserves the right to cancel a booking due to operational issues or unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will be provided in such cases.
  

Passenger Responsibilities: 

• Passengers must carry a valid ID proof and the booking confirmation (print or digital) when boarding.
• Arrival at the boarding point must be at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Luggage and Belongings: 

• Mithila Yatra allows passengers to carry standard luggage within reasonable limits. Oversized or excess luggage may incur additional charges.
• Mithila Yatra is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure at all times.

Conduct and Safety: 

• Passengers must adhere to the safety guidelines provided by Mithila Yatra staff.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in denial of service.
